I teach students between the ages of 3 - 16 years old. I am responsible for planning high quality lessons for each class. As an ESL teacher it is important to create a friendly and welcoming learning environment for students. I always ensure that I create practice and production activities that will make my students happy and feel that learning English is fun. I prepare my students for tests by reviewing what they have learned right before they take a test. I am responsible for giving, marking tests and returning test scripts to students on time. I am also responsible to populating test results and student’s progress online for parents to have access and monitor their children\'s progress. I am responsible for interacting with parents after each lesson to summarize what the students have learned and point out where they found difficulties. I am responsible for conducting open lessons where parents are invited to watch and participate in the lessons once every four months. And finally I am responsible for conducting achievement ceremonies upon course completion where parents are invited to watch their children produce what they have learned throughout the course.
